Decision support is a methodological advisory service: we help clarify the decision-making question, make assumptions explicit, identify constraints (regulatory, technical and economic), and compare realistic alternatives.
We work with public authorities, producer organisations (POs) and local networks on strategies, programmes and projects, integrating both ex-ante and ex-post analysis.
Our methodology includes: defining objectives and criteria (what matters and why); developing scenarios and options (what happens if…); collecting and organising available data; selecting robust indicators (results, impacts, risks, costs and benefits) with baselines and targets; and designing monitoring systems (data sources, frequency, responsibilities and quality control).
We deliver clear dashboards and reports that support governance and accountability. When useful, we integrate digital tools to update data and indicators. Where appropriate, we facilitate stakeholder workshops to make trade-offs and priorities transparent, build informed consensus and improve implementation. Typical outputs include option comparison matrices, technical notes or policy briefs, sets of KPIs, monitoring plans and operational recommendations. The process is iterative: data are updated, results are reviewed, and decisions are adapted over time.
