Territorial Development.
We support public authorities and local networks in the design and implementation of integrated territorial strategies.
Through analysis, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, we transform needs and shared visions into concrete objectives, priorities and realistic measures, with particular attention to climate resilience, value chains and ecosystem services.
We assist in building governance structures, aligning strategies with existing programmes and policies, and translating strategic choices into action plans, projects and monitoring indicators.
Our aim is to ensure that decisions are shared, implementable and verifiable over time.
Territorial development requires sound methodology, reliable data and the ability to build effective partnerships. Our work begins with a contextual diagnosis, based on socio-economic and environmental data, the identification of key assets and critical issues, and an analysis of the regulatory and policy framework. This is combined with the mapping of key stakeholders. We design and facilitate participatory processes to identify needs, address potential conflicts and highlight opportunities, helping stakeholders define a shared vision and translate it into measurable objectives. We support the design of strategies and plans – such as climate resilience initiatives, agri-food value chains, natural resource management and agro-environmental policies – through scenario analysis, priority-setting criteria and coherence matrices linking challenges, actions and expected outcomes.
We also work on governance frameworks, clarifying roles, responsibilities and coordination mechanisms, and providing tools to ensure that local networks remain active and effective over time.
From strategy we move to implementation: action plans, intervention sheets, timelines, indicators and monitoring systems that make decisions operational and accountable.
We also support the initiation of projects and partnerships, the preparation of technical briefs, and the development of practical tools such as templates, checklists and dashboards.
Our goal is to strengthen the capacity of territories to make decisions, implement actions and learn from experience, delivering tangible and verifiable results.
Our methodologies.
Listening
We conduct interviews and workshops to uncover needs, priorities, and shared feasibility conditions.
Co-Design
We collaboratively build a shared vision, define objectives, and develop actions based on clear criteria, scenarios, and consistency frameworks.
Governance
We establish roles, rules, and coordination tools to ensure effective and sustainable partnerships over time.
Monitoring
We use indicators, data sources, and periodic reviews to track performance and adjust direction as needed.
