Training and Capacity Building.

We design training and mentoring programmes that transform knowledge into operational practice.

Starting from the needs of agricultural enterprises, public bodies and professionals, we develop tailored learning experiences delivered in the classroom, online and in the field. By combining theoretical content, real-world cases and guided exercises, we make methods, tools and regulatory requirements directly applicable to improve management, compliance and sustainability.

We encourage exchange among participants and, when useful, provide on-site coaching at farm or organisational level. Each programme includes reusable materials (checklists, templates, action plans) as well as evaluation of results and follow-up activities.

For us, training is an applied learning process: not only the transfer of knowledge, but support in adopting practical methods and tools.

We begin with a needs assessment and define measurable objectives, the starting level of participants and the expected outcomes. Training modules are designed to be short and progressive, with clear materials, real cases and practical assignments, ensuring a direct link between theory and operational decision-making.

Where appropriate, we integrate field sessions, workshops using data and digital tools, and coaching activities to support implementation.
Training programmes may cover, for example: technical and economic farm management; sustainability and CAP requirements;

agro-environmental and climate practices; compliance and documentation management; innovation and monitoring technologies; and the design and management of territorial initiatives.

We provide ready-to-use toolkits (checklists, templates, operational sheets and indicators) and support participants in adapting them to their specific context. Effectiveness is assessed through practical exercises, structured feedback and follow-up sessions to verify what has been implemented and what may need adjustment. We can work with company groups, local networks and public administrations, encouraging peer exchange and the development of shared working frameworks and common languages.
